Boat Manager
Boat Manager for iPhone & iPad

Every detail of your boat. In one place, wherever you are.

Built by a liveaboard and ex-USCG-credentialed Master Mariner to hold the paperwork, logs, and maintenance history that boat ownership actually generates — synced to iCloud, working offline, ready the moment you need it.

A boat accumulates a lot of knowledge.

Service records. Equipment specs. Insurance documents. Fuel logs. The name of the impeller you replaced two seasons ago.

Most of it ends up scattered — a notebook in the nav station, photos on a phone, a folder in email, a memory that turns out to be wrong when you're standing in a chandlery.

Boat Manager was built to hold all of it in one place: every boat, every log, every document, every maintenance record — synced automatically across your devices and still fully usable offline underway.

What it holds

  • Any number of boats in one account — your main boat, a dinghy or tender, and the history of boats you've owned or served on in the past
  • Every boat's specs, admin details, and equipment — with photos and documents attached to any of it
  • A full logbook: daily log, fuel, pumpout, generator, and maintenance, all linked together
  • A planned-maintenance library with schedules, checklists, and reminders synced to Apple Reminders and Calendar
  • Crew, waypoints, and float plans — including a USCG-style float plan you can generate and share as a PDF
  • Everything backed up to iCloud automatically, and exportable to CSV any time

Built by a Master Mariner

Boat Manager is a personal project by an ex-USCG-credentialed Master Mariner and former Royal Navy officer. It started as the way to keep one boat organized, refined over several thousand miles underway, before becoming something other boat owners could use too.
